Pixcen is a graphics tool for the PC. You can use it on a Windows computer to make graphics for the Commodore C64. The program is developed by Censor Design. Recent changes: Improvements for rendering, loading, flip, shift, 1x2, 2x1 and 2x2 fonts and the colour picker.
