FieserWolf released a new version of the Petscii Editor. The options are: SET - Character set mode, PAINT - Colourize mode and BOTH - Set and Colourize. With these options it is possible to paint a "black & white" picture first and then add the colours. In this version it is also possible to cut and copy.
