TxtToSeq is a program that can be used to translates between Commodore SEQ files and PC text files. The special Commodore characters can be used with a markup syntax. A few examples of the syntax are: {CLEAR} - Clear the screen, {UP} - Move cursor up one line and {97} - PETSCII character 97 (decimal).
