C64 DPainter is a paint program for C64 multicolour bitmap pictures, for Windows, macOS and Linux. Everything you paint follows the real VIC-II rules: 160x200 wide pixels, 4x8 cells with at most four colours, one shared background colour. What you see is exactly what a real C64 can show, and when a cell is full, the program tells you instead of cheating.
