arcPaint64 is a new web based C64 pixel art editor, developed by Stello Doussis. You can use Overlay mode to place a reference image over the canvas, line it up, and redraw it by hand inside proper C64 constraints. Modes: Hires bitmap, Multicolour bitmap, Standard and Multicolour sprite. Drawing: Dither pattern editor, Pencil, Blend Brush, Spray, Fill, Line, Rectangle, Ellipse, Arc, Freehand Fill and Brush. Transform: Flip, Rotate, Scale and Mirror. Import / export: arcPaint64, Koala Painter, Art Studio, Paint Magic, KickAssembler ASM and BMP.
